Born in New York, Bryan Waggoner relocated to Richmond at the young age of seven. He spent his childhood years in Midlothian, attending both Midlothian Middle and Monacan High School. Throughout his childhood, Bryan was deeply influenced by his father's dedication for real estate, who owned up to 50 homes in the Richmond area. This fascination in the world of real estate from a young age set the stage for Bryan's future endeavors.
After obtaining his Business Marketing Degree from Radford University, Bryan embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding SafeWash PowerWash. His company soon carved a niche in the residential cleaning and curb appeal sector, servicing nearly 1,000 homes annually. While maintaining his leadership at SafeWash PowerWash, Bryan expanded his portfolio, stepping into property management with the establishment of True Property Management and also pursuing a career as a real estate agent. His diverse ventures reflect his vast expertise and commitment to the Richmond housing landscape.
Bryan's personal story stands as a testament to accomplishment. A cancer survivor since 17, his personal battle beating Hodgkins' Lymphoma has inspired him to passionately support and give back to the cancer community and the Make-a-Wish foundation.
Today, Bryan resides in West End Richmond, equipped with a comprehensive understanding of both the Southside and West End real estate markets. Beyond his professional endeavors, Bryan enjoys the company of Allison, his wife of over seven years, and their young son. He's also an avid sports fanatic, with a passion for baseball, football, and golf, adding further depth to his diverse interests.
