Jake Anderson’s professional background blends creative execution with technical development. For over a decade, he led one of Central Virginia’s most sought-after special event lighting companies, producing everything from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate events for Fortune 500 companies. Under his leadership, the company grew to a team of 18 and was named Richmond’s top lighting production company five years in a row.

Since 2019, Jake has worked in digital marketing and web development. In 2023, he launched Gravity Web Studio, a boutique design firm that builds premium, easy-to-manage websites powered by advanced content management systems.

Today, Jake is the Founder of RVA Homeowner, an online concierge built to raise the standard for how homeowners are supported before, during, and after a real estate transaction. This platform not only enhances the homeownership journey for local families, it also enables Jake to offer a higher level of service and trusted guidance in his role as a licensed real estate agent.
