Being passionate about success, Janie believes that nothing is more important than your agent's experience. Janie has been selling homes in the Richmond area since 1986 and has received numerous awards. Janie also has extensive experience in the new home-building process. Her systems with working the relocation process make a move smooth. Janie has pursued continuing education achieving designations in GRI, (Graduate, National Association of REALTORS®️), CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist), and CSA (Certified Site Agent).

Janie was raised in the real estate industry. She comes from 4 generations of agents, Janie is enthusiastic, persistent, and open-minded. She believes in moving forward with positive energy and gratitude for client relationships. Raised in Winchester Virginia, Janie has lived in Tulsa, Knoxville, Denver, Kansas City, and Chicago. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with two grown sons.

In her free time, you can find her teaching 3 modalities of exercise.
