Get to Know Me

Hi, I’m Maryann Whitaker. I’ve spent my life moving from place to place, first as an Air Force brat and then moving an additional nine times as an adult, including from state to state. So, I clearly understand the stress of relocating. I started as a Realtor in 2000 and my husband, Patrick, joined me in 2018. We work as a team, so you get two for the price of one!

We also own a construction company, Paradocs Properties, LLC where we build small, affordable homes to enable those who have been priced out of the market to enjoy homeownership. Along the way, we both earned Masters and Doctoral degrees, moved from Virginia to Texas to Alabama and back to Virginia, and have been blessed with a rich and varied life. We are members of West Creek Presbyterian Church. We have four children and three grandchildren, and we love what we do. We’re here to serve you.
