Get to Know Me

Patrick is a native son of RVA with a deep love for and appreciation of the area, culture, climate, and economics. He began his career in real estate following a rewarding career in higher education. The transition from helping students and faculty achieve their goals and dreams to helping people achieve goals of home ownership and upward mobility has been very rewarding.

Patrick also has a real heart for people working diligently to obtain their first home. He holds a Class B Residential Building Contractors license and uses it to build small basic homes so more people can afford them.

A graduate of Hermitage High School, Liberty University, VCU, the University of Alabama, and the Graduate Realtor Institute, he uses that broad experience to relate to the housing needs and desires of all clients. As a real estate investor and builder, he understands the particulars of buying, renovating, and managing for personal needs or investment.
